Ingredients
1 pre-baked pie crust
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Assorted Reese’s candies (Reese’s Pieces, Mini Reese’s Cups, etc.) for topping
Directions
1. Beat the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. In a different bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until you achieve stiff peaks.
3. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, ensuring it’s fully blended.
4. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the pre-baked pie crust, leveling the top with a spatula.
5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Heat in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
6. Pour the warm chocolate ganache over the peanut butter filling, making sure to cover it completely.
7. Garnish the top of the pie with an assortment of Reese’s candies in a decorative manner.
8. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours or until it is fully set before slicing and serving.
