Description

A whimsical treat that captures the sweetness and color of cotton candy, perfect for any celebration. This easy-to-make fudge adds a playful touch to birthday parties, baby showers, and festive gatherings with its vibrant pink and purple swirls.

 


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring
  • Pink and purple gel food coloring

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the cotton candy flavoring.
  • Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add pink gel food coloring to one bowl and purple to the other, stirring each until evenly colored.
  • Pour the pink fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Add dollops of the purple fudge on top and swirl gently using a knife or skewer.
  • Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • For longer storage, freeze the fudge for up to three months.
  • Natural food coloring can be used as an alternative to gel food coloring.
  • You can substitute the cotton candy flavoring with vanilla or almond extract for a different flavor.
