Ingredients:
- 3 c. pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 oz. coconut rum
- 1 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. amaretto
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. grenadine
- Pineapple wedges & maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
Mix pineapple juice, coconut rum, vanilla vodka, amaretto, and lime juice in a pitcher or large measuring cup.
Evenly pour the mixture into two glasses.
Slowly add 1/2 ounce of grenadine down the side of each glass to achieve the layered look.
Garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries. Enjoy!
