Ingredients
Scale
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the creamy peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and add the vanilla extract, ensuring everything is well incorporated.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Carefully fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and peanut butter chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Use a spoon to drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, making sure to leave about 2 inches between each cookie.
- Place the baking sheets in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes; the edges should be golden, while the centers stay soft and chewy.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for easier mixing.
- Don’t overbake; the cookies will continue cooking on the baking sheet after being removed from the oven.
- Store cookies in an airtight container with a slice of bread to keep them soft.
- Freeze dough balls to bake fresh cookies anytime.
